"This was our first time staying at an Atwell Suites and the hotel looks nice, the room was spacious (no cups in the room- I guess bring your own), bed comfortable, and breakfast was fine (a little awkward set up, but food was fine). The main complaint we have is the cleanliness in the main part of the hotel. We were there 4 days. The carpet in the hallway was never vacuumed, which it needed. The main tile floor from the rooms on the first floor to the lobby was never cleaned in spite of dirt and...

"The staff was nice, and overall- it was clean. My room was not, and the bathtub had chipped paint all in the bottom of it. The linens had a funny smell, but I was stuck here so to unforeseen circumstances with my flight being diverted here instead of Houston. The hotel served its purpose for me to get a few hours of sleep and I felt safe."

"The receptionist at check-in was friendly, efficient and helpful in getting us settled. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast as there was a variety of selections from fresh fruits, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles and pastry. Checkout was a breeze. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but checked them out and were pleased at the quality of service they afforded."

"The location could not have been better. Walk out the back door to the beach. The room was a nice size and clean. It felt a little tired and I think the entire hotel could use a little refresh. It was very hot and humid when we were there and the in room air conditioning barely kept up. It was ok and not hot in the room but never got close to what I would say was cool/cold. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The onsite restaurant food was average and we were happy to have it."
