However, they did provide rooms (single) the first night. No discount was offered. One other negative, the 2nd common bathroom didnt have hot water."

"Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again."

"The room was disappointing because it was a lot smaller than it appeared on the expedia app. It was expensive compared to other accomodation in the area and did not provide value for the price paid. There was no elevator to the room which was accessed via a series of ramps and steps. Lack of security meant anyone could walk off the street onto your floor as there was another entrance that could bypass reception staff. The small toilet had opaque plastic walls so it wasnt very private or far...
