"Mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the location is good, the property is clean and well maintained, the breakfast and food were enjoyable, and the reception team was responsive: they moved me to a different room for one night after I raised an issue. The main problem is noise. The hotel and rooftop bar share the same building, and at night the walls vibrate from the music upstairs apart from noise coming from lobby, downstairs. "Booked for two days check in was terrible. They gave us a room when we tried to get in there was a person in the room. They gave us another room smelled stinky room. Next day at around 10 am someone tried to get into our room. We have decided check out early that day, asked for a refund they assured me payment will be refunded for one day with no problem. They said I am good to go today after four days I received an email with rejection for a refund. Stay away from this place 👎👎👎"
