"The first room we were given smelled like mold and mildew and the AC unit was covered in mold. Our second room had mold on the windows and in the bathroom shower. If you have a sensitivity to allergens I would not recommend staying at this property. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and mildew. The property is not as well maintained as it was the first time we visited a few years ago, so our expectations were not met. The front desk agents were helpful but not professional."

"I checked in and left for dinner, but when I came back it was so humid that the clothes I had out in the room were damp. We told the front desk and they offered to switch our room so we did. There were two instances though in between the hours of 2am and 4am where someone had a key and opened the door with the only thing stopping them from being able to get in being the small door stopper latch ok the inside. We could also hear two men talking outside the door but of course we didn’t walk up to...

"It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!"

"The room was dirty and smelled like a rest home. The service was terrible by the staff the manger was arguing with a maid in front of me without a care. The staff had no patience for you or yourconcerns. The equipment they were using like the debit card reader would not work."
