"The room smelled terrible, they had 3 elevators but only one of them worked. The parking garage is ran by a 3rd party company and it doesn’t work properly and is predatory. "I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I was honestly disappointed with this stay. We booked a suite in advance and arrived to a room that was not properly cleaned or maintained. There were roaches in the room, hair and dirt left in the bathtub, torn bed skirting, and restroom curtains that were falling apart. I hope management takes cleanliness and maintenance more seriously moving forward."
