"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"Midtown Niseko is a great place to stay for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the amenities were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the transportation to and from the ski area was seamless and user friendly. The staff was helpful with getting us a ride to the location where we picked up our rental gear, and they provide a drop off location for the gear when you are ready to return. It’s also helpful that this is a stop for the ski bus to and from Sapporo. Thanks a bunch for a great stay!"

Our room had a beautiful lake view, and we were lucky to experience the fireworks show right from the hotel, which made the evening extra special. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing — perfect for enjoying the beauty of Lake Toya. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!"
