"The room was clean. It had great cupboard space and many drawers. In my room, there was a table with sofa chairs. There was no Aircon so it could get quite warm. There was nowhere to keep your valuables hidden like a safe. The biggest issue I has was that the top hinge of my balcony door was broken meaning the door could probably be pushed down. Overall a good stay. Good value for money. Staff were helpful, friendly and spoke good English"

"Amazing location, super well connected through metro and tram. There were many stores and restaurants around and most of the touristic spots of Mala Strana were a few stops away which is specially convenient if you want to avoid step hills to get to your accommodation after a long day of sightseeing. Staff was friendly, they even let us check in earlier than expected and stored our bags the whole afternoon after our check out in a secure room. 10/10, we left happy and with a positive impression...

"This property did not feel like a hotel at all. The overall setup and atmosphere were more like a shelter than a hotel. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable.
The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. The television was very small, offered only a limited number of channels, and most of them were in German. There was no hair dryer in the room and not even a proper place to hang clothes.

"The room was quite gross, stains all over the floor, couches and the bathroom. Mold on the bathroom ceiling, no airflow so the bathroom was extremely hot. The first night only hot water came from the tap, no cold. Staff for check in was lovely and helpful but the room was not so nice."
