"We booked this hotel last minute, and the availability may have been an indicator of what to expect. Check-in was quick and easy, which was appreciated.
Upon arrival, the parking lot and exterior appearance were somewhat concerning, as the area looked a bit run-down and parking seemed unorganized. The walk from the front desk to the room was warm and stuffy, though the distance itself was not an issue.

"Subpar room for the price per night being charged. The rooms are outdated, bed was extremely soft and hard to sleep. Our room temperature on arrival was hot. We turned down the temp and put in AC mode. The room temperature did not change at all. The bathroom was dirty including a bathtub that was stained, sticky, and had grime.
Positives for our stay at the Casino included free parking and close proximity to the waterfront amphitheater. The front staff were friendly and helpful. Did not play...

"Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Disliked having to pay long-term parking costs for overnight. I liked having the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc for use but the conditioner bottle was empty. I would stay there again if needed."

"We loved this hotel! The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were excellently maintained! Breakfast was yummy and the whole experience was enjoyable!"
