"Overall I would recommend Robinson Rancheria as place to stay, except for the House Keeping staff and the communication between the Front Desk and HK staff. Twice we coordinated with the Front Desk for services and twice we were confronted by the House Keeping team because they did not communicate. "The owner would not allow us to park in the hotel parking lot because we had a trailer. We even unhooked the trailer and parked the truck next to it, but he still didn’t want us taking up two parking spaces.
I would have completely understood if the parking lot had been full. However, there were only about 15 vehicles there during our stay, leaving plenty of empty spaces. I explained that our truck contained thousands of dollars’ worth of work tools and asked if we could park closer to our room...

"Lovely opulent spacious rooms with deep tubs and the staff are quick to respond on any issues or questions. The fireplace was so cozy, lots of comfy pillows on the bed, good water pressure. I enjoyed this place, and definitely will be back! Thank you!"
