"Friendly check in and helpful staff. Parking was very easy, we had two parks assigned to our two bed unit, directly outside. Rooms were spacious although our bed, while not uncomfortable, was a bit firmer than we'd like. Lounge area a little tired but v functional. Great shower pressure. It was well located, although we drove to the town (2 mins). My daughter loved the friendly cat. It was a v comfortable, enjoyable stay, for two nights. I'd stay again. "

"Very nice place. Ruby the cat was fun. You can walk to town in about 10 minutes and ubers are very easy to get. The lake to right across the road. Very clean and nice motel with good parking. "

"The place was amazing exactly what we had been looking for and to be greeted with a smile and chat, everyone so friendly, the atmosphere there is hard to explain but it was beautiful. A stroll down the lake to all the cafes and restaurant. We had a lovely dinner we got everything we asked for and more. We will definitely be coming back again to beautiful Taupo. "

"So cool to book a room with a private outdoor mineral water tub to use. The room was also nice and comfortable, with some useful kitchen amenities like a French press coffee pot/plunger coffee. "

"This resort with out a doubt has to be the best family resort in NZ! The pool is incredible, the 2brm motel style room is stylish but functional. "

"The staff was excellent . Only complain was that no drainage in the bathroom for water that split from bath. Views from the room was stunning."
