"I checked in and had an accident before I checked in and with blood all over my face the girls at the desk was more worried about laughing then actually helping me. Pretty awful. They don’t disclose the fact that they charge you $20 for WiFi rec and parking. "We stayed here for our wedding night so we had somewhere near the afterparty to retreat to. Check-in was a breeze, the room was cute and clean and the toiletries were nice. The mattress is a bit softer than I like but many people would prefer it. The purple green and gold Nespresso pods were a nice touch. Great value, would highly recommend to visitors and will probably come back for weekend getaways."

"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was green when we arrived which was upsetting because I called the hotel before booking to ensure the pool was open etc. They were cleaning it though and by the next day it was blue and was open for use. AC didn’t blow as cold as I would have liked but they did offer to switch our room or give us two fans and I just took the two fans. Overall it was a good experience, breakfast had a lot on the menu and the girl at the desk went above and beyond."

"Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there. Very good customer service. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. "The hot tub was cold and the water was gray n smelled funny the ceiling was falling in in the whole pool area which was very disappointing to us. The room was nice the free coffee was taken up early both in evening an morning again disappointed. Check out was @ NOON an 10am housekeeping was banging on door!! The staff was nice an helpful.
