"My stay at the Laguna Hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel is outdated and badly in need of renovation. "It’s closer to the beach. However the property smells of smoke. It has outdated furniture, carpet and its not clean. Rooms are not ventilated. We were there in summer at 24c and it felt like 40c in the room. I won’t recommend this hotel for family stay. It’s cheap for a reason and good for someone looking for 1 night stay after full day at the beach."

"I has problem was TV room wasn't work & staff come to fix was helpful. We did have breakfast was not too bad should more vegeration like cracker, biscusit , sausages. Porridge was ok would be done more cook smooth & balance. Clean room was ok , I notice has not clean the table & bed sheet was not tidy. Big room was nice , really suit to people who have wheelchair access to disabled . It would be nice if all rooms should have fridge ."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful. The food was excellent. The Lodge itself where you stay needs some tlc on the outside, although the rooms themselves were good and well maintained, if a little dated. The stairs down to the room where I was weren't that great and the entrance to the steps was blocked by a car, so had to squeeze by. A great place. The golf looked good and the swimming pool was excellent although the stairs down were very slippery."

"It was a great place to stay, the staffs are very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained, towels were changed if needed. Flat TV was working. Room was quiet, fan was provided. Breakfast was not great, full english was the only option, however lots of place to go nearby to eat. Parking was payable, but safe. The beach was very close, in walking distance. Definitely it was a great choice to stay!"
