"Cumberland Ramada has met my hotel needs well. Over the last two winters I have commuted to Cumberland for weekday work. Last winter I stayed in multiple area hotels, but this winter settled on repeated stays at Ramada Downtown almost exclusively. The place is not fancy. But the rooms are clean, of ample size, with comfortable beds. Meanwhile, the price fits my reimbursement budget. I always request a town side room to get less train noise. "Clean room, staff was excellent. In fact we were relying on getting a taxi to the train station. We found out that there was no tacos on Sunday, even though the taxi's website said 24/7. The staff at the front desk was to help us. They took us to the train station in their personal vehicle. "

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was great and the choice of breakfast was excellent. Loved the location and coziness to mingle with other guests. The staff are very friendly. Scott and Kate, I believe they are the owners are really nice people. We are glad we stayed there. "

"The Cumberland inn and spa has so much potential… and yet they do not maintain the property in a manner required.
The bed mattress was well past its lifespan with sagging areas where both of us slept, the smell of room 2 is the most awful smell of cat urine we have encountered. We ended up purchasing candles and febreeze to mark the horrible stench of the room.
Lighting in the room was inadequate and made unpacking etc very difficult.
The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not well...

"We stayed in the Frost room and it was a perfect spot to land after a day of traveling. The breakfast was delicious too. I would recommend staying here when visiting the area. "
