"We were a little disappointed in the building and some features. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a barbecue going on the afternoon when we arrived and it was rather chaotic. The coffee pot did not work in the room but was replaced when we went down to desk ( once to report and second to determine if a replacement was available/ coming). "Staff was untrained at checkin . They were literally learning everything on the fly . I have owned 40 hotels - front desk staff should be reasonably trained before putting them out front . My check in took 15 minutes and there was no line ."
