"All in all this is a very good hotel. We stayed in a junior suite which had a Nespresso machine, nice gowns, a very nice shower and a huge comfortable bed. It might be nice if the hotel provides some moisturiser as my wife expected that a hotel at this level would. A couple of areas of the room were slightly dusty but nothing too much. "Very clean hotel but looking a bit tired now, really thinking it needs a bit of a spruce up, upgrade in the rooms. Chipped cabinets, old worn furniture. Quite dated rooms for the park plaza brand. "We were so impressed, it was a last minute booking when we were so exhausted we couldn't drive anymore.
The beds were so comfortable, I enjoyed the pool facilities, so clean and well maintained. The restaurant on site had amazing food and even gave us a big tray to bring our food to the room after room service ended. I would recommend to others and stay again. Thank you to the staff from start to finish 10/10!"

"Unfortunately we arrived on an extremely hot today to be told the air conditioning was not working and there was a fan in our room. The a/c was expected to be fixed the following day but this did not happen and it was out for the 3 nights we were there. The room was really warm and it made for very uncomfortable sleeping. The hotel offered free parking to compensate but this did not feel proportionate given the impact on the experience.
