"Although the hotel doesn't look like much as you enter from the street, once in the door it is beautiful!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant serves meals all day and the food is great and the staff excellent. The rooms are beautiful and exceptionally clean. The front desk will help with any reservations (cart rental, dinner reservations, air shuttle reservations, water sports) you need. Overall it was a great hotel to book in San Pedro!!"

"Staff were brilliant. Shout out to Vanessa and Christian. Great location, easily walkable to everywhere and they were super efficient in arranging cart rental, transfers. We did have an issue with condensation on the floors first couple of days but sorted itself out, need to keep Aircon on but can go as high as 73F"

"We loved our VIP suite. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We only had 1 issue was with the A/C, and it was resolved ASAP. We had air by afternoon. The staff was super from the shuttle service, reception, and wait staff to the maintenance, it was all fantastic. The only complaint was on the island itself. The roads were terrible and they need to be maintained. "
