"This is a very beautiful hotel. The room was excellent and all the employees were very accommodating. My sink did not drain and at checkout time the elevator to the garage broke down. The first-floor emergency exit in the stair well is a fire hazard due to blocked with furniture and flag poles."

Very dusty and actual dirt on top of the ice bucket lid. The bathroom floor was sticky. The room just felt so gross. You just didn’t want to walk with bare feet anywhere in that room.
