"This property has a great view of the harbor and a rooftop pool. The staff is very friendly. It is a larger property so the rooms feel very standard issue. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint echoes another reviewer's: there are some type of very small ants that were present in the room during my stay. I found this annoying.
The restaurant, Americos, is excellent. If you value a view and a hotel with a pool that is convenient to the ferry, this is the place. Personally, I would explore...

"Très bel hôtel. Les équipements sont top. Coté nourriture on s’est régalé, large choix, cuisine variée et délicieuse.
Notre chambre était situé en bas dans un recoin avec la vue obstruée par des arbustes. Dommage on aurait aimé profité de la beauté du lieu sur la terrasse. De plus elle était sombre. Seul bémol du voyage. "

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, le personnel à la fois sympathique et compétent. Il y avait toujours suffisamment de transats, que ce soit à la plage ou à la piscine, pour s’installer confortablement. La situation de l’hôtel, juste en face de la plage et à proximité de la petite ville de Santa Maria, est un véritable atout."

"La chambre est quelconque, à notre arrivée : pas de serviette, pas de savon de douche.
Le coffre ne fonctionne pas, ce qui oblige de se balader avec passeport et argent.
Et le ballon d’eau chaude ne permet pas de couvrir l’ensemble des chambres.
Mais c’est surtout l’absence de service qui pose un problème.
Aucune réponse à un problème ( pour nous c’est le transfert inter île). Ils vous laisse vous débrouiller.
Les gens de l’accueil sont juste bon pour réserver un taxi. Pas plus "

"The view from Belvedere is breathtaking, but the property is extremely far from the harbour and involves a long, tiring trek with countless stairs. The room, although described as a suite, is very basic and more in line with a 3-star standard at best. The staff did try to help, but their capacity was limited. The receptionist was unable to assist with luggage despite the many stairs; fortunately, our driver helped us. She also recommended a restaurant on arrival which turned out to be dreadful —...
