"I booked this hotel based on reviews. I was not impressed. For over $230 a night I expected more. The hotel seemed to be run by 20+ year olds. The lobby and entrance were dingy and were definitely NOT what the pictures showed. I think some serious AI was done to make the hotel look more appealing. The room was clean. The bathroom was the nicest part. Our window view was the HVAc unit directly out our window and it was quite noisy all night. The restaurant was closed. There’s no onsite parking...

"Great hotel, perfect location, close to the farmer’s market, downtown Durham, easy 20 min drive from the airport. Quiet, clean rooms. Excellent front desk person who went above and beyond to make sure to make us feel welcome. Free covered public parking during the week-end days. Not the first time we stay there and it will not be the last one! Thanks!"

"I had a great stay at The Westin Raleigh-Durham Airport. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. One of the highlights was the fantastic gym on the 10th floor, with plenty of cardio equipment and amazing views. The rooftop terrace with the small pool was also a really nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely stay here again."
