"Parking was expensive and charged separately. Basic amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were not provided in the room. There were not enough paper cups, and the room did not have a microwave. Most items had to be requested from the front desk, which was inconvenient. Staff is nice. room is clean."

The restaurant was convenient and the food and service were excellent. Also, close to the hospital and downtown - convenient!"
