"This hotel is located in a historic place and is quite beautiful. The rooms are well-maintained and reasonably spacious. It is at the heart of downtown.
If there is a problem, it is noise. The hotel is inside a very beautiful and historic place, which is sometimes used for weddings and other events. There were two weddings on Friday night and Saturday night, which lasted until 11 PM. The problem is less frequent if you are not staying there on Fri and Sat. Also, if you book a junior suite,...

"I have stayed here several times - price is right. Simple things like..
- cleaning or updating the floors in the elevators would make a HUGE difference.
- one of the elevator doors scrap across the frame when opening - get it adjusted
- the gardens are full of weeds
- schedule someone in your staff to take a cart and go around and pick up garbage outside the doors a couple times a day would be nice.
- some of the shower curtains could use updating - moldy"

"Room was very clean. Hallways needed some TLC, dirty and smelly. Pool also was very dingy and cloudy and had no towels when I went. Not bad for the price and was in a good area"

"We had an overall great stay at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown. Traveling with a larger group, it was super helpful that they set us up with two side-by-side rooms for my parents and myself with the kids. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.
A few quick notes for future guests: the pool is on the smaller side and there isn't a hot tub, but the incredible views from the 32nd-floor bar easily made up for it! Parking is on the pricier side as expected for downtown, but having unlimited...

"The restaurant is outstanding. My room never really got as cool as I’d like. It’s nicer than almost all the chain hotels, but that’s an average bar at best. I’d choose this in the future so long that the prices are low. It was a 4-star stay, not a 5-star."
