"We were surprised that we could not eat at the hotel in the evening due to all 3 restaurants being fully booked over the weekend. We said we were happy to eat at any time as we were staying with them but they had no space. We found it odd that such an expensive resort could not cater for their guests. The staff simply shrugged their shoulders and said we should have booked in advance. There were several other families in the same position as us, so if you are staying there remember to book a...

"I went there for a weekend getaway with my daughter. It was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and amazing. The room was clean and gorgeous. We spent two days at the spa and it was incredible. The services were excellent. The staff were phenomenal. And I certainly must say something about the chefs they bent over backwards to make sure my food allergy’s were taken care of. The food was exceptional."
