"I found the check-in procedure for this property to be inconvenient and awkward. Most other properties that I have visited were seamless while this one required physical presence at their office, proof of identity and a full list of occupants, etc... Very thorough - but awkward and inconvenient."

"iTrip Orlando was the biggest issue with our stay. The internet service was out when we arrived, iTrip Orlando told us to call Spectrum and we spent 3 hours from 10 pm -1 am trying to fix the internet which was not fixed for 3 days bc they ignored us for 3 fays at iTrip Orlandorefusing to return our calls, 1 day prior to our departure. Secondly iTrip Orlando did not notify me that they required and extra payment of 40.00 per day to heat the spa, i rented a home with a spa so i could use the spa...
