"Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation."

"The property had staff that were helpful and polite we arrived early and the chap let us check in and order us a taxi to get into town . When it was late he kept us informed. "The bed was very soft, get near the edge and you'd roll off. Pub signage lit all night so it came through the window. Music from the bar underneath at 6.30 in the morning. All meals overpriced, up about 25% from last year. Breakfast ; must have found the cheapest orange juice , disgusting and no more pots of tea , you have to fill a cup up out of a flask and put in a tea bag, never tasted anything so vile. Apart from that. "

"What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square.
