"The hotel was nice and convenient. It had weird smells throughout the hotel. But overall a good hotel to stay at for a quick trip. "

"Pictures look nothing like the rooms. Weird smells, stains everywhere in the rooms. Thermostats don’t work and you have to have maintenance come and adjust it literally in the ceiling. I understand it’s an old property but what was projected on the website was extremely misleading as to what you get."

"Different than the typical hotel experience. More like an airbnb. Gorgeous and homey. Very clean. Modern looks. Took me a sec to get used to 3 elevator rides from parking deck to the room (50th floor) but not bad. Front desk security people were friendly and helpful. The room had absolutely everything I needed…down to laundry pods and pots and pans with a dishwasher. My only issue with the rental was the noise. The walls are terribly thin! Literally hearing every word sometimes from neighbors....

"Hotel design was great, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was beautiful and had great cocktails. The pool was great. Rooms were very well stocked, nice shampoo and conditioner and body products, qtips and makeup remover wipes in the room. The design of the room was great for bags and getting ready. Would 1000% be coming back to this hotel when I’m in Dallas. Also great coffee shops near by and they have a house car to bring you within a 3 mile radius of the hotel which is...
