"The room were clean but the hall way downstairs were dirty.We didn't have hot water on Saturday until Sunday,therefore we couldn't shower before we left.The no hot water was caused because of a pipe burst, it was really out of their control.But they said they would credit us for that one night and I haven't seen a credit yet."

"We were disappointed with our stay from the moment we checked in.
The first issue was that the bathtub would not drain. We called the front desk several times, but no one answered the phone. I eventually had to go downstairs to report the problem in person. Thankfully, someone came to fix it.
