"On getting to our room we found someone was already in there, so had to take some extra time returning to Reception only to find our room had been accidentally given away. This was fairly easily amended, with us being given a different room instead but without a balcony. We could’ve done without spending the time sorting this out especially lugging our bags and children around in the process. "This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Amthweight Hall, the accommodation was excellent, as was the staff, they couldn't do enough for you.
The breakfast was 10 out of 10, and again, very helpful, as my wife wanted her coffee a paticular temperature, and strength, they bent over backwards to make her perfect cup of coffee !!
The grounds and the building, are kept immaculate.
