"The overall stay was acceptable however there was an issue with one of their security guards. I will spare you the details, but it was very unprofessional. Beds, towels, and bathroom were all clean, but the bedroom carpet was filthy and I could tell that it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The nightstand was sticky, and there were a pair of somebody’s eyeglasses on the floor between the right side of the nightstand and the wall. "The TV was impossible to view regular channels
You were given a code and a website but the website claimed the code was invalid

The whole joint was always off by something. The clock was broken coffee wasn’t delivered only one soap bar

"The hotel was cute, very basic. I was looking forward to a great nights sleep, the pillows and mattress was horrible. And why wouldn’t you have a shower mat on the floor. Should I use one of the 2 towels given for the 2 people in the room? Just seemed like a basic thing but was annoying. And at a $400 a night hotel you could get a comfortable bed and a shower mat?"

"Billed as a four star property but things felt more three star. Eg: even the nicer rooms only have one sink, the gym was terrible, the towels felt threadbare etc. That said, dinner in their restaurant was fun (mostly because of the friendly service) and they have some nice art around the property."
