"This is a unique and special property. Our room was beautiful - old-world charm and very well maintained. I wonder if they might be understaffed. Our check-in was not ideal. It was raining, we buzzed the front gate and were let into an open courtyard. It took 15 minutes for someone to finally greet us and let us into the reception area. Breakfast is self-serve. There were no porters to help carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Beautiful hotel - needs better service."

"This was our first time staying at a kinderhotel and this place didn’t disappoint. There were endless activities to keep the kids happy and childcare available for all ages from 9am -9pm. Everything was so well thought through from the design of the rooms which had a built in bedroom for the kids and the sink heights - one for grown ups and one for kids. "We were only staying in Kitzbuhel for one night at the end of a ski trip, and most places in Kitzbuhel / Kirchberg either wanted a full 7-night stay or $600 for a single night, which seemed very steep. We checked in around 9pm & probably should have paid closer attention to the hotel amenities as we may have cut dinner short in Kitzbuhel to get the most use out of the amenities. "Charming hotel in a bijou mountain village. We stayed in the main hotel, with a view towards the mountains - though there seem to be separate chalets too. Service extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating our slightly late arrival with good grace. Dinner portions were hearty and breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. "

"Everyone was quite helpful. The newest part of the hotel is quite nicely done with an over the top rooftop spa - sauna - pool - and relaxing rooms. It makes this stop an opportunity for chilling and relaxing. My room was in the older section of the hotel and while it was clean and well cared for, it's a contrast to the updated section. They served a most excellent breakfast buffet. The dinner was traditional local food and very good quality. "
