"#1)They checked us into a room that was already being used. We went in the room and someone’s stuff was in the room! #2) After we got a non-occupied room, the air conditioning unit was SO noisy. But not in a nice relaxing white noise way. More like it sounded like a tarp flapping in the wind and rattling like crazy. #3) Also, NO HOT WATER!!! Beware! Several nights we let it run for about 20 minutes and it never got hotter than lukewarm. Only one night out of our 5 night stay did we have hot...

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...

"This was THE best stay. We loved the hotel. Took our two puppies and they also agree. Very dog friendly area - the rooms and public areas are 5 star. ⭐️ clean and modern with very helpful polite employees. Parking is included in an attached garage with plenty of space. Beautiful place!"

"Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. "I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna."

"As soon as we arrived, we saw a member of staff smoking a joint in the guest parking lot (we do come from a country that has legalized marijuana - so its not unusual for us to see, but this was a first impression optics). We step into the hotel and it was going through a massive renovation right from the front doorway and there is dust absolutely everywhere. We came in with 2 small children in a stroller and were offered a room on the 2nd floor, that looked like it had seen some better days....
