"Front desk staff is practically null. Also left my room without housekeeping one day. Told them, didn’t even care about it. Also didn’t care about trying to do a late check out. Little perks that a 5 star hotel shouldnt pass unnoticed. Otherwise, the hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great place. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Everything was clean. Only stayed one night but only advice would be for hotel is to change out bad lightbulbs and check your appliances. Had a shirt ruined by a faulty iron trying to iron the shirt before an event. No fault of person doing the ironing. 😏"

"No parking any where close for self parking, valet parking was terrible, took over an hour to get our car after texting for it. Poor system overall."

"Was not good for families, for couples it is fine. It felt like prison inside the room. The toilet did not have a proper door, the toilet sink was too small. During shower, the water ran all around the toilet floor. It was bad with kids."
