"This hotel was awesome. We were only here one night on a trip through the Black Forest, but it was great. It's cute and quaint and quiet. "Stayed here for a business trip. Hotel was fine, but I think for the price it can certainly be improved given the maze I had to walk through to get to breakfast, hair in the bathroom, and a funny smell coming from the back of the property from an inner courtyard (which was where my room was). Other than that all okay."

"My experience at their restaurant was so bad that I am considering calling the German authorities to check their kitchen. My dinner was a disaster, twice did the burger come in raw, and when I found hair in my salad I got enough. No understanding from the staff. Since you are dependent on eating here since no other restaurants in the area I can’t recommend this hotel to anybody"

"We only stopped long enough to break a long drive. Although we arrived just before 10pm the staff were attentive and helpful, the room was clean and air conditioned. The only minor issue was me nearly falling over the bulky tap/shower combo in the over bath shower. The room was quiet, and the curtains were good at blocking out the light so along with a nice bed we slept very well. The buffet breakfast was excellent the coffee was good and plentiful. A good choice."
