"This hotel was amazing!! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was so nice and so clean. The design and character of this hotel was absolutely beautiful, like nothing I’ve ever seen before! It was 10/10. I will for sure be going back here whenever I need a place to stay in the cities. "The hotel is well located and attractive. They don’t tell you in advance that you may not be able to park in their lot (with in-and-out privileges) and may have to park in the UM deck instead. Water pressure left something to be desired. It was crowded and hard to catch an elevator. Lots of high school kids stayed for competitions while we were there and it was very loud. They congregated in the halls without regard to other guests."

"The room was clean. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. The cookies were a nice touch. The beds were not comfortable. I felt like I was at an angle and the mattress felt like it was on a board. We were there 4 nights and only had our trash taken and fresh towels once. I had to call multiple times to get towels and trash out. Our beds were never made. The restaurant/bar was closed most of our stay and when it was open, they did not have a cook and limited stock of beverages. Definitely...
