"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. "Der Aufenthalt von Freitag auf Samstag war von A bis Z sehr AIM. Zuvorkommendes Personal sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert die Küche hervorragend und sehr lecker komfortable Zimmer. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist toll die Auswahl der Getränke wirklich hochwertig. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen."

"Well this hotel had a solution. A good swimming pool, jaccuzzi , steam bath , sauna and an indoor games room. My daughter of 6 years of age forgot completely about the terrible weather outside. Only one small criticism was there was no internet service in the room ( only available in the lobby area ) ."

"We got spectacular winter weather, so the view and balcony were quite wonderful. Reception was particularly welcoming and helpful with our special requests and even managed to sort out a spa treatment at the last minute. I had the small but well-appointed spa/sauna area all to myself, fun and relaxing. Oddly, the room amenities were spare: one liquid soap/shampoo combo product was it, had to rent(!) a spa robe. But the low-season price, included breakfast, spa with treatments, and gorgeous area...
