"The ambience of Hawaii really does a lot for this hotel. The property is old and starting to fall apart. The rooms are decent and have great views from the balconies, but the bathrooms are the type you will find at a motel. The hallways smell like vomit at random times of the day at night. The staff is very average. The food in the restaurant downstairs and the bar is very mediocre. "Overall it’s a nice hotel, only complaint really is we booked a couples massage in the “spa” only to find out the spa is under construction and they just had massage tables set up in a hotel room which we weren’t aware of. We walked around lost for about 15 minutes looking for the spa and even the front desk people couldn’t tell us where it was just that it was in a room. We finally found where to go but we’re super late to our massage so just less time for us. Better communication would have...

"This was the best and most beautiful condo on our trip to Kauai, Maui and Big Island. The view was great, The kitchen and counters were amazing, the living and dining room were very comfortable, and the rooms and bathrooms were perfect. The beds were comfortable and it was an excellent location. It was also very quiet which was nice. It had a very large and comfortable outside area as well."

"Excellent location, very central, easy access to main roads, easily walkable to fantastic swim, snorkel, surf and tasty eats! Literally right across the street from amazing Big Island sunsets on Magic Sands beach. Highly recommend and will definitely consider rebooking here again in the future!"
