This location and view of the ocean are outstanding. The property is clean and the staff is friendly. The buildings just need some updates / cosmetic work to really transform the place and to support the beautiful location.

The front desk lady was amazing, they let us check in early, and then they also gave us two free drink tickets, the pool staff was amazing as well. Our room attendants also cleaned our room very well, we appreciated it, the AC was amazing. Overall what a wonderful stay

This was the perfect end to our Hawaii vacation. The staff was so nice and accommodating letting us check in early and check out late. The gal who helped me at the front desk was awesome. She remembered my name on check out, which I thought was so nice. The location is absolutely beautiful! They were doing construction on our building but we never even heard it. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved the amenities. Gym, Laundry facilities, massage spa, so many different views, ocean views, and even a beautiful private lagoon to snorkel in. We loved our stay and will stay here again next time we are in Kona. The staff was super friendly and kind. Thank you for a memorable vacation.

I like that I can hear the ocean from my room and its really relaxing when you're trying to get some nice sleep. The pool area is a great spot to relax. It's near restaurants and it sits in Ali drive. Its a good home base at Kona.

Nice property on the water. They have a beautiful restaurant on site to watch the sunset at dinner. Walkable to many restaurants and coffee shops. Rooms were a good size. Could be maintained better but comfy overall.

Great room and view!! AC was very nice to have, balcony view amazing. The restaurant was very goood. Only downside is it was very loud st night due to partying downtown and not an easy spot within the hotel to get coffee in the morning. The luau was very fun!! Recommend.

Excellent location ( the only reason to stay here ) and great views of the ocean Reception staff are like zombies and cant even afford a smile while greeting guests. The property is old and hasn't been kept well. There are bed bugs and cockroaches in the rooms. We had to call in the room service to fill our body wash. Thankfully the restaurant is great with very good dishes. The staff there was excellent and quite a contrast with the reception staff
