"Worst experience I have ever had with hotels and resorts. They refused to change my check in dates 3 days before I check in. I was suppose to check in on the 2 of November and called them on the 31st of October to change my date which is three days in advance.even when their policy clearly states you can cancel for full refund 72 hours before. They said I can’t push my check forward literally by one day because they will be shutting down the hotel and refused to refund or offer me credits....
