"We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Regency, the hotel location was so convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, the hotel has a market that you can grab coffee, food and snacks from almost anytime which makes it so convenient. The room was so neat, practical and clean. Not to mention how nice the staff were from the moment we checked in, everyone one was so helpful, professional and on the top of their work! I simply highly recommend this hotel! "

"First we did not get free wifi on the 17th floor. I could when I was in the restaurant and lobby, but not our room. The sad thing is nothing you can control, but I have never seen so many homeless people in my life almost on every street. Did not feel safe unless there were several of us. The city really needs to do something about the homeless. It sure takes away from your city."
