"Fantastic hotel, we stayed at the Callaghan building but used the main hotel for check in and meal times. It was spotless, staff were friendly and everyone in our family loved the theme. Hotel has own entrance to the park which was handy. Food was very good, huge choice at buffet. Drinks prices were very reasonable. Would recommend. "

"Hotel smells lovely as soon as you walk in, rooms cleaned daily and beds made. Room was spotless however there were a few stains on some of the bedding. Very friendly staff to greet you, call taxis and provided information about places to go. However would not allow a later checkout as we were told the hotel was full but there were still plenty of rooms available online so we had to book an extra night instead of just paying to stay later the same day. "Great reception staff, very friendly and helpful. Good quality and variety of food staying on Half Board. Nice bathroom/Shower with comp toiletries.Comfortable and clean room, nice balcony. Due to no carpet on hallway floors, noisy at night. Would recommend street facing room as a lot of noise at night if pool facing. Have stayed here several times pre pandemic. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, bars and Port Aventura theme park."

I would recommend this place with no hesitation. The only substandard issue was the poor and intermitent WIFI. I'm shock as normally WIFI is excellent in Europe. Room to improve"
