"I love New York but I hated this hotel. This is my worst experience in NYC. On the plus side, the location is great, the cleaning staff were great and the rooftop bar and tiny pool are nice. However, the hotel is not in a great shape, it has a very unkempt vibe and the rooms are tiny (as would be expected in NYC). "I travelled solo for a 5 night stay. The hotel is right next to Penn Station and in a great location. The staff let me check in several hours early. The room was clean, good AC and I liked that the decor. It is an older building but upgrades have been made. I would stay here again."

"The location is perfect for tourists! It’s in the center of Times Square and provides easy access to subway stations. The rooms are spacious, and the noise control is good.
However, check-in was a disaster. We arrived early in the morning and completed the check-in process, but the rooms were not ready yet, which was totally normal. When we returned at 3:30 PM, the line was extremely long, and it took forever for each guest. Luckily, since we had already checked in earlier, the manager helped...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Habitación con camas literas. Se muestran en fotos con cortinas que ofrecen privacidad, sin embargo, no tenían. Fueron solicitadas pero no las llevaron.
Cada cama tiene luces, pero una de ellas no funcionaba.
El baño, específicamente el lavamanos, la parte de acero está despegada del tope dejando al descubierto el material de composición. Además, el agua no fluye porque la tapa del desagüe no funciona correctamente.
Las cortinas roll up de las ventanas estaban manchadas.
