"The staff are amazing, kind, and friendly. This is including the staff who work outside and inside and outside. The room is clean and has beautiful view if on the water side. Hyatt Regency Long Beach is safe to walk around outside at night. Close distance to the outlet mall, beach, and shops for tourists."

"Fantastic hotel however the main reason we chose it was for the free shuttle service to the cruise and it was booked before we even checked in. I had emailed prior to coming and ask if we could be put on the list and we were unable to do so. Our flight got in at seven at night and all the times were booked except for late afternoon which we cannot get on our ship that late.
So just would suggest more shuttle services."

"The hotel and room 10 star everything clean and good customer service at the reception , however the breakfast experience wasn’t good first of all breakfast is till 11 am and when you go down in the morning the waitress said it’s till 10:30 , you get there by 9:30 and there is nothing already very a few things , also they have a hard time looking for your name and if they don’t find it they make you feel like you are asking for something you didn’t pay, I had to show her the description ,...
