"Hotel is a part of a big complex Parco San Marco. It has few restaurants, several swimming pools, spa, beach and so on. It also has a coin laundry. Highly recoment as a base to explore the area of lakes Como and Lugano."

"The absolute WORST stay I've had in years of traveling! The apartment is right above a bar where they play loud music with heavy beat every evening. On one evening the loud beat was so unbearable that we had to go downstairs and ask them to lower the volume, which they did a bit. At 11 pm we went to bed hoping that the music will stop soon, but the people in the bar turned the volume all the way up again. We called the police and asked if they can do anything. "Spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony looking out towards the lifts. Very convenient for the ski lifts, town, supermarket and restaurants. Parking right outside. Great ski/boot room. Good breakfast. Nice to have the Spa and pool on site. Very helpful staff. "
