"We had a wonderful stay at the The Westin New York at Times Square. The hotel was exceptionally clean, peaceful, and quiet — exactly what we were hoping for in the middle of the city. It felt comforting from the moment we arrived. The customer service was excellent. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive. Our stay was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we truly have no complaints. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"I love this hotel so much. The location is unbeatable.. close to EVERYTHING. The rooms are pretty big (compared to other NYC rooms), and designed so tastefully with very comfortable beds and linens. The views that are to die for.. I especially love the Hudson River view side. Love the restaurant/bar as well - highly recommend the salmon dish for dinner. The staff are all wonderful. I’ve stayed here twice, and I know I’ll be staying again for future trips! "
