The staff, location and room décor were all excellent. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Cairns. "good value for money, room size was great, but studio room we had has a wardrobe for hanging and that's all. no draws in wardrobe or beside bed. tv on luggage rack leaves no space to open suitcase except bed. no blinds on bathroom window and glass screen to bedroom means room lit up like a light left on every night. but we enjoyed the stay and would return. "

The room we were upgraded to was great, the mattresses were really soft and the pillows were nice, the balcony was an amazing addition. The only concern we had with the place was the smell of damp, but we opened the balcony doors and that helped a lot. "
