"We chose this hotel for the valet because the parking is always a nightmare in Beirut then we realized when we got there that they don’t have it even tho they advertised it so we had to pay for parking. The smell was the worst part. The bedroom and bathroom smelled bad like there was too much moisture in the air. We tried to air it out but it didn’t work. "Overall, dissatisfied. The reception on the the front desk is very responsive but when you call room service they don't ever get what you want. They are very frugal about replenishing water, Kleenex, bath towels and other necessities. I would have to ask multiple times/ The sheets were not clean and the wallpaper was peeled in the room. "I have concern about rooms price, I took the Bungalow room but I checked with our cousins which took on the same resort on the top of pool, to be honest the view was better and the room internally was better even in size , our room was very small and you don"t have space even for languages, the pool is impressive , and staff are supportive"
