"The first room “queen deluxe” suite was really small and basic. I was a little disappointed. But i ended spending an extra night and upgraded to the “king deluxe” suite. That room was really nice! And I enjoyed the gym, pool, and restaurant!!! Parking was expensive."

"The valet and front desk staff were amazing. The room was comfortable, tho a bit dated. The bathroom was a little cramped, and could’ve definitely used a window upgrade as the noise level was like the window was wide open. Made for interesting listening at night. The location was excellent. It was within walking distance of many sights."

"The staff at the hotel are courteous and helpful. They responded via text right away to our requests. We used the outdoor pool every day during our stay. The pool and the immense outdoor space makes it worthwhile and special."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was dark, the air conditioning was not working, and I was up most of the night because of it. The hotel acknowledged the issue and promised me a refund, but I never received it.
I expected better service and basic comfort from a hotel stay. Unfortunately, this experience was frustrating and not handled properly afterward."

"Loved the unique atmosphere. Tiny elevator, hot hallways without air, very dimly lit hallways, air didn't cool the room to match the thermostat, no access to an ice machine so had to wait over an hour for someone from the front desk to bring some, bed and pillows were too firm, and the shower head sprayed sporatically. Valet parking was very nice and the valet attendance were wonderful! Check in and check out was a very easy process and the location was great!"
