"This non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smell. It was “run down.” The refrigerator did not cool very good even though it was set on the highest setting. The blow dryer worked about every 60 seconds, and then shut off due to over heating. It took almost 2 hours to fully blow dry my hair. The good thing was the AC was quiet and cooled well. Coffee macine worked well."

"This resort was probably a shining star in the 90s but it's pretty dilapidated nowadays and in need of updating and renovations. The price was great for an apartment in that locations and the beds were comfortable - we did enjoy our stay! "My wife and I travel very frequently. I wish there were more properties like this available in other cities. It gets very old and boring to see the same hotel room no matter the city. "Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. "

"I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location. Instructions were vague and not detailed enough to give me complete knowledge of what to do or where to go upon arrival. Check in process was complex and frustrating. Overall very frustrating experience. 0 star review"
