"Terrible stay, first they gave me someone else’s room and someone tried to get in while I was already in the room. This was quickly fixed. The faucet in the shower was leaking and made loud noise, I asked them to fix it no one ever came by to fix it within the 4 days stay. Overall room is outdated as well as the bathroom."

"The staff was polite but curt. Not warm and fuzzy. The room was nice enough but the headboard of the bed was peeling and there were scuffs all over the walls. For a Regency, it should have been better maintained"

"The staff was very helpful, there is a free trolley that takes you about the city and stops right outside, fountain square had something going on both nights we were there, and the reds stadium was just a few minutes walk away."

"We have stayed at The Graduate in Cincinnati more than a dozen times. This stay we booked 2 rooms. The rooms themselves are great…comfortable beds and spacious living areas. However one room received room service the first day (making beds & straightening the bed), the other did not. We asked at the desk and they apologized and took down our room number. "We mistakenly came while a game was going on and it was extremely difficult to get to the hotel as roads were blocked and none of the officers would move them even though we had a reservation and had to use the road to get to the hotel. Other than that it was wonderful and they gave us a ballpark view which the kids lived."
