"It was a beautiful room very clean exactly as described. The only issue was the check out; checkout was stated to be at 11:00 am but while I was out around 9:00 am my brother said that workers were banging on the door to the room and that they opened the door themselves to tell him it was time to leave. We basically got kicked out 2 hours early with no choice."

"Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. "Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. "
