"Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. "Great service! Only 4 stars for cleanliness because I stepped on a grape which means the carpet was not cleaned well. Everything else was stellar! Staff very kind hearted. Breakfast was worth the extra price in booking. Hot food and continental. Bathroom was clean and had good amenities. Outdoors area is amazing. Happy with this stay! I would stay again. 😁"
